One framework, four markets
Every Barqish screen and reading sits inside six principles scholars apply to any investment: no riba (interest), no gharar (excessive uncertainty or selling what you do not own), no maysir (gambling), a permissible activity, real ownership and possession before resale, and purification plus zakat.
- Crypto: spot purchase of a token with a permissible use, held in your own account. Fails on leverage, lending or 'earn' yield, gambling projects and empty meme tokens.
- Stocks: shares of a permissible business inside the debt, cash and income limits, bought spot. Fails on banks, insurers and companies over the limits, and on margin or short selling.
- Gold and silver: physical or allocated metal, paid in full, immediate possession. Fails on unallocated accounts, instalments, futures and leveraged gold.
- Currencies: spot exchange for real needs, and holding money you own. Fails on forwards, futures, options, CFDs and leveraged forex, even swap-free.
Permissibility and market conditions are two different questions. The screen answers the first; the reading (Favourable, Neutral, Cautious) answers the second. A Favourable reading never makes a non-compliant asset halal, and a Cautious reading never makes a compliant one haram.
Spot is the form the framework accepts across all four markets: you pay in full and you own the asset. That is why Barqish teaches nothing else, never holds your money, and never sends you to a broker.
Test yourself
Which principle does leverage break in every market?
- None, leverage is neutral
- Riba and maysir: borrowed exposure and gambling-like risk, with no real possession ✓
- Only zakat
- Only in crypto
Leverage adds interest-bearing debt and turns ownership into a bet on price. That is why spot is the only form the framework accepts.
A non-compliant bank stock reads Favourable with high confidence. You should:
- Buy it, the reading is strong
- Understand that the reading changes nothing about its status; the screen still fails ✓
- Purify 5% and buy
- Wait for Neutral
The reading describes conditions only. Permissibility comes from the screen, and a failed screen is not repaired by a good chart.
What do the four markets have in common on Barqish?
- Guaranteed returns
- Spot only, screening shown, readings graded in public, never advice ✓
- Leverage up to 10x
- Broker referral links
One framework, one reading scale, spot only, education not instructions. That is the whole platform.
Roman Urdu mein parhein: Ek framework, chaar markets
Barqish ki har screen aur reading chhe usoolon ke andar hai jo ulama kisi bhi investment par lagate hain: na riba (sood), na gharar (had se zyada ghair-yaqeeni ya jo apna nahi woh bechna), na maysir (jua), jaaiz activity, dobara bechne se pehle asal milkiyat aur qabza, aur tazkiya aur zakat.
- Crypto: jaaiz maqsad wale token ki spot khareed, apne account mein.
- Currencies: asal zaroorat ke liye spot exchange, aur apni milkiyat ka paisa rakhna. Forwards, futures, options, CFDs aur leveraged forex par fail, swap-free bhi.
Jawaz aur market ki halat do alag sawal hain. Screen pehle ka jawab deti hai; reading (Saazgaar, Mutawassit, Ehtiyaat) doosre ka. Saazgaar reading kabhi najaaiz asset ko halal nahi banati, aur Ehtiyaat reading kabhi jaaiz ko haram nahi.
Spot wahi shakal hai jo framework chaaron markets mein qabool karta hai: aap poora paisa dete hain aur asset aap ka hota hai. Isi liye Barqish is ke siwa kuch nahi sikhata, kabhi aap ka paisa nahi rakhta, aur kabhi broker ke paas nahi bhejta.
Aham baat: Screen batati hai ke jaaiz hai ya nahi. Reading batati hai halat kaisi hai. Dono mein se koi khareedne ya bechne ka nahi kehti.
