Privacy Policy
- We collect only what the product needs: your account details, how many analyses you use, your watchlist and journal, and payment records if you buy Pro.
- We never ask for exchange passwords, API keys, or withdrawal access, and we never hold your money or crypto.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking tools.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
Barqish (barqish.com) is a spot crypto trading desk that gives educational market analysis, live charts, coin screening and a trading journal. Barqish is built and operated by Dr Brandify (drbrandify.com), which is responsible for your information under this policy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Barqish and Dr Brandify.
2. What we collect

3. How we use it
- To provide the service: analyses, charts, your account, journal, alerts and Pro features.
- To send you essential emails: sign-up confirmation, password resets, payment and Pro activation notices, and Trade Guardian alerts if you are a Pro member. The optional morning digest can be switched off.
- To prevent abuse, such as fake payment screenshots or automated scraping.
- To improve Barqish, using aggregate information only.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Barqish:
- Our web host, which stores the website and its database.
- OpenAI (or a similar AI provider), only when you use Ask Barqish. Your question and the market data for the coin you chose are sent to generate an answer. We do not send your name or email with your question.
- Binance public market data. Live prices and charts load directly from Binance’s public data servers to your browser, so Binance can see your IP address, as with any website you visit. We do not share your account details with Binance.
- Binance Pay, if you choose it at checkout, which processes that payment under its own terms. Crypto payments to our wallet are recorded on a public blockchain, as all such transactions are.
- Email delivery services that send our account emails.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and ourselves.
5. Browser storage
Barqish does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To work properly, the site saves a few small items in your browser’s local storage: your sign-in token, a random device identifier, your language, your watchlist, and your chart and journal preferences. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, watchlist and journal: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete them.
- Payment records and screenshots: for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
- Daily usage counters: kept only for a short time to apply daily limits.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period by our web host.
7. Security
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Payment screenshots are kept in a private folder that cannot be opened from the internet, and only authorised administrators can view them. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your account and personal information (subject to payment records we must keep);
- give you a copy of your data; you can also export your journal at any time as a CSV file from the Journal tab.

9. Age limit
Barqish is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as our AI provider, may process data in countries other than your own. When they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Barqish changes. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will notify signed-in members by email or in the app.
