1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply to your use of Barqish at barqish.com, which is built and operated by Dr Brandify ("we", "us"). By using Barqish or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Barqish.

2. What Barqish is

Barqish is an educational tool for spot crypto traders. It provides market verdicts (Buy zone, Wait or Avoid), live charts, support and resistance levels, coin screening based on Islamic finance principles, a scam checker, calculators, a trading journal with Trade Guardian alerts and Sabr Mode, and an automated assistant.

Barqish is not a broker, exchange, wallet or investment manager. We never hold your money or crypto, never ask for your exchange password, API keys or withdrawal access, and never place trades for you.

3. Not financial or religious advice

Everything on Barqish, including verdicts, levels, trade plans, scenarios, screening results, insights and assistant answers, is general educational information. It does not take your personal financial situation into account and is not a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Our coin screening applies widely used Islamic finance principles and explains its reasoning, but it is not a fatwa. Scholars differ on crypto assets. For a ruling on your own situation, consult a qualified scholar you trust.

4. Risk disclosure

• Verdicts are produced by transparent rules applied to live data. They can be wrong, and markets can move suddenly and unpredictably.
• Past results, including our public track record, do not guarantee future results.
• Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
• Trade Guardian checks your levels periodically, not continuously. An alert may arrive after a price has already moved past your level. Always set stop-loss orders on your exchange; do not rely on Barqish alone.
• Crypto regulation differs between countries and changes over time. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on virtual assets in Pakistan or where you live.

5. Who can use Barqish

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use Barqish where doing so would be illegal.

6. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

7. Free and Pro plans

• Without an account: 1 coin analysis a day.
• Free account: 3 coin analyses a day, plus coin screening, live charts, the radar, calculators and a trading journal with a limited number of trades.
• Pro Monthly (Rs 799 for 30 days) and Pro Yearly (Rs 5,999 for 365 days): unlimited analyses, daily assistant questions, email alerts including Trade Guardian, and an unlimited journal.
• Founding Member (Rs 3,999 for 365 days): everything in Pro for one year plus a numbered Founding Member badge, while the offer lasts.

Current prices and features are always shown on the pricing page. We may change prices or features for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Fair-use limits apply to prevent abuse.

8. Payments

• Pro is paid once, either in Pakistani rupees (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer) or in USDT (on TRON or BNB Smart Chain, or through Binance Pay), using the details shown in the app.
• For rupee payments, you submit your transaction reference and a screenshot; we verify it and activate Pro, usually within a few hours. Crypto payments are confirmed on the blockchain or by Binance Pay and activate Pro automatically.
• For USDT payments, send the exact amount on the network shown. Crypto sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address cannot be recovered, and blockchain network fees are paid by the sender.
• There is no auto-renew. When your period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to pay again.
• Submitting a fake, edited or someone else’s payment receipt will lead to immediate cancellation and may be reported.

9. Refunds

If you paid but Pro was not activated, or you were charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will activate your plan or refund the difference. For any other refund request, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will review it fairly. Refunds are returned through the method you paid with; crypto refunds are made in USDT to a wallet address you provide.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or republish Barqish verdicts or data as your own signal service;
• scrape the site, bypass daily limits (for example with multiple accounts) or overload our systems;
• attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt Barqish;
• use Barqish for fraud, market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes or any illegal activity;
• harass other people or misuse our support channels.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. The assistant and alerts

Answers in Ask Barqish are generated automatically from live market data and can contain mistakes. They are clearly marked as automated. Do not treat them as professional advice. Alerts and emails depend on third-party data and delivery services and may be delayed or missed.

12. Third-party services

Barqish uses public market data from Binance and other sources and links to third-party websites and exchanges. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their actions. Your trades on any exchange are between you and that exchange.

13. Intellectual property

The Barqish name, logo, design, software, text and methodology belong to Dr Brandify. You may use Barqish for your own personal trading and share links and share images from the app. Your journal entries remain yours.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep Barqish running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and for significant changes we will notify members. Continuing to use Barqish after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Limitation of liability

Barqish is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Barqish or reliance on its information. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Ending your use

You can stop using Barqish at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as risk disclosure and limitation of liability, continue after your use ends.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
