Scenario Lab · test a plan against every past period
Scenario Lab: how would your plan have done?
Pick how much you save each month, for how long, and in what mix of Bitcoin, Ethereum, gold and cash. Barqish replays that plan from every possible starting month in the past and shows the spread of results: how often it ended in profit, the typical outcome, and how deep it fell along the way.
Mix (adds up to 100%)
Bitcoin 30%
Ethereum 10%
Gold 40%
Cash (dollars) 20%
How to read this
- Every period: we start the plan in each past month for which prices exist, run it for the length you chose, and collect every result. Crypto prices start in 2017, gold in 2000, so plans with crypto have fewer periods.
- Deepest dip: the worst moment during a period, comparing what the plan was worth with the money put in so far. This is the moment people usually give up.
- Rupee view: when you choose rupees, each month’s saving is converted at that month’s dollar rate and the result is valued in rupees at the end, so a weaker rupee shows up in the numbers.
- Honest limits: monthly closing prices, no fees, no taxes and no purification. Past periods do not predict future ones; a coin can also fail completely. Gold is shown as a price reference for owning physical or fully backed gold.
Data: Binance monthly candles, COMEX gold futures and USD/PKR monthly reference rates (delayed). Education, not financial advice.
