About the speculative label

Some coins carry a "speculative" label next to their Shariah status. It is a risk label, not a ruling. We add it when a coin is a meme coin, when its price moved at an annualised volatility of 150% or more over the last 30 days (Bitcoin is usually between 30% and 60%), or when it fell 40% or more from its 30-day high. It is checked every night from Binance daily prices, and the coin page shows the reasons and the date.
