Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to learn with Barqish, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or high-contrast settings.
How well this site meets the standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Barqish is partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed below. We checked it on 2 October 2026 with automated testing (axe-core) on the main pages and with manual keyboard checks.
Known limitations
- Live price charts are drawn on a canvas. Screen readers get the symbol, price, change and the plain-language summary next to each chart, but not every candle or indicator line.
- Some headings on a few tool pages (the daily question, the PSX list and the practice terminal) skip a level. This does not hide any content, and we are fixing it page by page.
- Third-party content, such as news links, embedded videos and the WhatsApp chat window, is outside our control.
- Chart drawing tools (trend lines, shapes and measuring) need a mouse or touch screen; there is no keyboard alternative yet.
What we have done
- Pages work with a keyboard, with visible focus, and the sign-in and sign-up forms have labels and error messages that screen readers announce.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content, and the layout adapts down to 320 pixels wide.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting.
- Content is available in English and Roman Urdu.
